Billionaire Phillip Frost owns this amazing estate on Star Island in Miami Beach. His neighbors include Gloria Estefan, Shaquille O’Neil, and P. Diddy. Vanilla Ice used to live on this island years ago in the 80s in the height of his stardom. This estate is over 268000 sq ft, and has its’ own green house and gardens. Since he has no kids, it was said that he will donate this house to the State after he passes.

@mercedesman8 My friend David got into the futon business in the 80s when he was in college. His business was trieving and so he opened up to 10 locations. His smartest move was to, instead of paying rent, he paid a mortgage, and let his business absorb the write-off, while building equity. He finally sold off a plaza and used the money to buy a lot and build a 15K sq. ft. home on the water in very private community in Coconut Grove. His home is worth 15M and there is no mortgage.

@comedicstuff I have been corrected twice for this mistake…as if you haven’t miss pronounced at word or misspelled at word as some point in time…no one is perfect…and I actually have a job and work for a living, and don’t scam the youtube comments for spelling errors on a reugular basis…get a life…a job…and quit livig with your mommy…you can’t do that indefinately…
